VIC reminds me of PeepChain. Even through the original was a scam, later some people from the community rebranded and it went from 1 sat to 30 in a few weeks. A community seems to be building around this coin, while I woudn’t compare it to the professionalism of HYDRO, a pump seems likely enough that I already put in an ETH. Won’t sell until at least x10.
