If your a nice person it means your compensating because you are lacking in something. You are nice to present to you to other as not a threat. You can be nice and still get girls. But you have to be willing to walk away as soon as they do something you don't like. Without being butthurt or making a scene out of it. Say, by hitting on two other girls. Once you have at least three or four girls you can text at any time, you will be not so "nice" because you only have so much time to go around. You will focus on the ones that give you what you need.
Also make sure to show higher value in a roundabout way while being nice. You could even lie about that. Say, you have a suicide stack in some alt-coin. You can delude yourself thinking you will be a millionaire in two years and talk about future plans like traveling, buying a house, etc. Doesn't matter if you will actually do it or not though.
