I only mine ETH and its all I have ever mined so cannot help there.
I buy/sell my crypto for AUD (my base currency but theyre adding EUR and USD really soon) on Nauticus;
Also consider Coinbase or Localbitcoin depending on what route you plan on going with cashing out.

Mining is useless. The investment never pays off unless you already have stupid amounts of money to throw at it and at that point just buy more of the coin you want.
