It was much more complicated than that. He registered companies with the same name in his home country as googles asian suppliers. Created authentic looking fake invoices for like services that these companies render and had similar bank accounts.

He created a company under with the same name of another company that both Google and Facebook do business with, and charged them through the company (he didn't have the money come in to his personal account).
