So my autism got the best of me and i only wrote down 22 of the 24 recovery word pass phrase to my nano ledger. Is there anything that can be done to try and figure out the last 2 or should i just KMS .

you can brute force it, as long as you know which positions the 2 words were, like say you didnt write down the last 2, then it is no problem to brute force the last 2 words.
