Just an intro to my job, before getting to my point:
I am working a job at a call center. My boss is, and the company is owned and managed by, "israelis".
Our primary operation is to obtain a customer's credit card over the phone and then to use vague pricing language to rip off the customer by charging them whatever we feel like. As a call center, we only make calls. We serve as a middle man by connecting customers(who call us) to other companies that interact with the customer in person and provide actual labor. The other company takes a cut of whatever we decide to charge the customer.
As you can see, my employers aren't very honest. This leads me to my point:
Because my employers aren't honest, I'm worried that they won't pay me. Today was pay day. I didn't get paid. I was hired a few days ago, and I am in the training phase. Their excuse for not paying me was because I was only recently hired(today is Thursday, I was hired on Tuesday and began work on Wednesday). That doesn't make sense to me. How does that prevent you from paying me? I did the work, why am I not getting paid for it?
I am worried because these are the kind of people who regularly and deliberately lie to their own customers and rip them off for hundreds of dollars. I don't want to get ripped off.
Starting a job tuesday and expecting pay by thurs is retarded. Fuck you for participating in a jew scam though too, I'm hoping you get a taste.

Thursday is payday. You are retarded. It's not like they don't have the money. I'm already hired and I have already done work. I deserve to be paid for that work at the same time that every else is.

I'm processing customer requests for purchase, basically. The irony is that despite it being such a scam like company, the work so far has been very easy. You sit in a comfortable chair in an office, and if there are no calls then you do nothing. I've worked in fast food before, and you constantly have orders to make and have to rush around, you handle food and get dirty and sweaty in a cramped stuffy kitchen. As long as I get paid, I assume I will much prefer this job to working in fast food.

Real talk OP is this your first job? Most people don't get paid for hours worked that week, rather the week before or two weeks back depending on your pay period. You should get your money next pay day.

This is not a red flag. I've only ever worked for legitimate companies offering real products that don't require cold-calling individuals (the companies may have cold-called other corporations). It takes time to put a new hire onto the payroll and set up all the internal systems so that he's getting automatic deposits or physical paychecks. If they still don't pay you next pay day, you have a problem. Companies that mess up in putting an employee into their systems even after two paydays have passed usually then write the employee a check.
That said, find another job. You're making the world a worse place by helping thieves.

They don't realize it, but they are saying some pretty "based and redpilled" things.
