When I develop shit at work, if other teams are depending on my team's shit, my team's shit is running in prod before the other team's shit is, even if it's not being used at all yet.
Turning both on at the same time is nuts and we'd at least want some kind of limited "test" in prod to make sure it's all working and configured right for production use.
Depending on how much deadlines have slipped, maybe we just barely get something ready for use the day before. But a same-day turn-on seems rare.
So mainnet running but unused on April 15th?
