The reason I believe Ripple will change the world is because I’ve never seen a company receive so much hate and directed misinformation. From banks, to newsletters, to other crypto projects, to exchanges.

It receives hate because it's a marketing scam.
It says it's for banks. Banks don't use it and call bullsit on it.
Crypto community hates it because it's one company that owns the majority of supply and runs a centralized trust based network.

(((Swift))) has had a stranglehold on the banking infrastructure for so long. They're terrified, because their infrastructure was designed in the 1970's and there's no easy way to upgrade it without flat-out replacing it. They're working on a smart-contracts platform, but it was never meant to be anything more than a bandaid solution to run on top of their dated tech.
I foresee a Swift-Ripple partnership, or Swift flat out buying out Ripple.
