I'll start off by saying that I agree that the 4000eth was too much. However apparently CLC Group has adjusted their token sale and will now redistribute any remaining tokens. They're also introducing a 2000eth soft cap, which at todays rate is 320k usd. When LinkPool announced their crowdsale, the 1000eth they were raising was over 500k usd.
In the light of recent information I honestly don't think this is as bad a deal as people make it out to be (in addition to the obvious trolling). Pic related was posted by a member of their team in their telegram.
Bruh, I smoke loud only. Get this Reggie the fuck from round me.

Nice, but nobody is going to buy into your shit project as long as Timo is involved, full stop.

> I honestly don't think this is as bad a deal as people make it out to be Oh, honestly? Thanks for the update, Timo

Fuck off Timo. Kill yourself unironically, your name is dead.

They want to make 200k each of link marines pockets. While eth is way down(!). I'm also fairly sure the terms of this crowdsale is probably illegal in almost every other country. CLC is a good business idea. What they are doing is an AWFUL money grab based on chainlink euphoria by a bunch of people. You want money to pay employees? ahaha. Either have revenue, business models, ask for a loan or go to a vc. Don't make a scammy illegal crowdsale you fucking kikes.

Good idea, bad execution. Their main issue is how bloated the team is. Fix that and you'll fix the rest.
