Does anyone here actually have a proper job?

The amount of cluelessness/retardation here really makes me wonder if everyone's a neet. Who has a proper career with solid progression?

I'll start, PhD student (15k GBP a year).

This is op ban evading (fuck permabanning janny)

Low temp physics. I'm 21.

>How old are you user? Been thinking about going back to school but feel too old
There was a 50 year old guy there when I was doing undergrad and one legit 80 yo boomer learning to pass time in retirement.

Obviously don't know how old you are but older people didn't really stand out as long as they acted their age. The ones who didn't were pure cringe. No one would take the piss out of you for sure. Not going to say it isn't a bit embarrassing (cause honestly it is) BUT the alternative of not going is far more embarrassing imo.

I hope you go, opened so many doors for me (had loads of better paying job offers aswell). Very nice getting proper respect as well.

Low temp physics. Sounds great, not sure if postdocs are just got academia but that's what I plan to do aswell. Good luck.

This is op again. I should mention 21 is unusually young, 25 starting age probably about average.

Got a PhD in applied math. Now a software engineer. Just threw out all my old notes (undergrad and PhD) yesterday because I'm never going to look at them again. So it was kind of a waste of time for me. Should have just done CS and got a job.

Yeah, I have a job because I am not a lazy fucking millennial! 6 figure jobs are easy to get if you are not an autistic brainlet.

Not that much of a waste of time. Math/CS fits together pretty good. Even if you don't apply too much of what you learned on the math side.

Im a production planner in a factory. (Logistics)

Computer Science. 37k$ year in Yuropoor

21 yr old NEET
currently “job searching” tho

>takes about all this retardation on biz
>is literally doing a phd
pottery

It's called business & finance not waging & celery
faggot

Same guy

I have 13 BTC so possible millionaire in 5-10 years. I am not considering retirement. Although even if it went to zero, a PhD opens up many of the most desirable jobs. What do you do?

I go around to local grocery stores like Walmart and empty out ashtrays. Once I complete my route I go home and proceed to pick out the cleanest tobacco. I then reroll that into cigarettes and sell it to the local minorities for half price. Sometimes the brightest part of my day is sorting through the day's bounties and finding my own handmade filter with ink marks, so I can put that shit back in there and sell it to those niggers again.

It's not much of a career but I like to think of it as an honest one.

Change Manager £60k per yer, UK. Could earn more, can't be bothered, does what I need it to do.

this sounds illegal

System Consultant, 42-45k€/yr, it's ok.

So is prostitution but your mom does alright

Aren't you the one that's clueless? You're a PhD student and only making 15k a year? I was making a lot more at the end of my first bachelor year.

You'll get your PhD, frame it on the wall and then realize you're useless.

Programmer. It's alright.

I drive forklift.

I get 16 € per hour

You are jew

Am I fine?

Big 4 tax.

High school drop out, thank god it was pre-2000, Make mid 70K's working for a large rather well known tech co as a Security Researcher. I get to work from home full-time and it is pretty damn fucking comfy. I could move to anywhere in the world I wanted and take my role with me. As long as I got a connection I am good to go. One of my team has moved 3 times so far. Thinking of Thailand next he said. Other than a weekly meeting I attend via call I can work when I want as long as I do it. The data don't sleep. I feel very lucky. I will say working from home can get a little isolating. Miss the socialization from when actually had a role that required me to be in the office.

Lmao shitting on NEETs while living on poverty wages the absolute state. I make $50k USD working in manufacturing which isn't much but it pays the bills and leaves me extra cash to put into crypto every month. Also deliver pizza on the side for the easiest $20/hr imaginable.

I'm a bartender. The money is shit, the people are shit and the work is shit. I'm trying to figure out what to do with my life, but I've been stuck for so many years. I tried going to college, but switched majors like 4 times, failed my classes, and then ended up dropping out.
Thought about getting into IT again. But I don't know if it will work out.

Marketing, but more so the administration of marketing programs not so much the creative marketing itself

I do not even have my bachelors yet but I am making 80k as a software eng. ama

everybody here fits into 3 categories

- early crypto adopters (i.e. people already multi-millionaires)
- late crypto adopters (i.e. those still hoping to get rich, which they won't, chainlink/bcash holders, pajeet spammers, etc)
- everybody who doesn't give a shit about crypto and just has a normal job, probably wondering why they even bother coming here anymore

>- early crypto adopters (i.e. people already multi-millionaires)

Lol there aren't any early adopters here you deluded retard. Maybe one or two that stop by for entertainment but far from a significant category of people. It's just retarded NEET baggies.

>a proper career with solid progression?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Mom's basement

Painting houses, $5-6k a month, a little more in the summer

26k euros

Level 1 it support

Lol I just dropped out of a fully funded PhD because academia is a meme. Enjoy working as a post-doc for ten years on £32k (Max, if you're lucky) and spending your time around socialist soiboi's and safe spaces.

If you even get a post-doc, that is. We had a talk from our DTP telling us how unlikely it was to get a job after (STEM, I was in agricultural biochemistry, so there are a fair few jobs but still difficult), it was at that point I quit.

I do freelance writing now and make more than my 50 year old ex-supervisor does on a bad week.
