Let's ignore the fact that safe 0conf in 20ms is bullshit for many reasons and 2 blocks confirmation exists for a reason.

let's just think for a moment... so there is an address type where if anyone can show two transactions with different hash for it (yeah transaction malleability is a bitch tho) he can spend it freely (obviously this will end up being a miner) a vendor accepting 0-conf from this wallet only has to check his utxo and mempool to be relatively sure he will not be a victim of a double spend. relatively is the key word here. just because it's not profitable it's not impossible.

there are more problems with this approach than what it solves i still think it's the pajeet version of ln less complicated but more problematic at the same time. but it can be done under 20ms.
