Confidence is something anyone can build it comes from inside.I used to not be confident it took me years to build. Thing is its like a snowball effect once you start getting girls, making more money succeeding in school/career, exercise etc. your confidence goes up. By focusing bettering yourself your confidence will improve naturally. Easier said then done but I was sort of an incel without the rage until my mid 20's but i was able to grow as a person.

Telling yourself you wont be able to be confident and get girls is the wrong strategy. Life is short you dont want to go down this road. At least the people faking it are trying to change. Eventually when you fake something enough it become real
