Own (CHX) is a pump and dump scam coin.
The fraudster devs pumped the price of their token by lying about mainnet being Q1, lying about having tokenized billions of dollars worth of assets, and lying about having STO's lined up until 2020. The devs have been dumping their tokens on exchanges for months.
They will keep delaying mainnet until they have dumped all their tokens and then walk away from the project. Mainnet was supposed to be Q1, then Q2, now it's "end of the year". They can't dump all their tokens at the same time because there isn't enough liquidity to do that. They can only dump about 10,000 tokens per day, so they need to keep stringing you a long to make you hold.

The devs can do what they want with the tokens, they aren't investors. Wait until you see the 7 STOs that are ready to go once the token swap starts in June and the lockups happen from the validator nodes. My guess is straight to 1-3$ by August

My estimate it will be when the price hits around 0.00075 ETH. Question is whether people will dump or hold a week prior to the swap. They don't have much time to make announcements and general confidence in OWN is at all-time low. Only bagholders are interested at this point.
The price will not reach February levels before the swap though, so you can buy at a discount either way if you sold a long time ago.

The constant FUD is a mechanism of scalp trading. Scalping works best with a token that has good fundamentals because the sell/buy cycle will repeat, making you easy money each time. I'd explain it deeper but i can't be arsed.
