Dropshipping on Ebay

Anyone have any protips on how to setup some dropshipping on an eBay store by connecting with a supplier overseas? I already run a nice little eBay store and have a good idea what types of products I'd like to dropship but I don't exactly understand the ins and outs and who to contact and all those YouTube seminar ads look like scams

I've been selling on eBay for 6 years dude and made good money during highschool and College. I didn't drop ship I simply flipped vintage instruments and game consoles and practiced something closer to arbitrage. Dropshipping seems too easy to be highly profitable and I don't believe those seminar dudes and those stupid high returns they posted but if like to open a portal to expand what I'm doing

Forget drop ship. It's all about private label now. But you missed that boat too. With the availability of 3D printers you should manufacture your own products. Possibilities are endless.

eBay is still a great market place for used items I don't know much about what all those dropshipping guys are selling but eBay has had generic shitty listings as long as I remember and I have been on it since 2007-8.

What about importing items that are hot here from other countries at half the price and then flipping them to people in the US for a generous profit? I've been doing that for a few months with some moderate success

I miss the days of selling crypto on eBay. That was pretty lucrative, you could sell for 2x worth or more.

eBay drop shipping is very tough now. eBay gives drop shippers lower search ranking, so your listings don't show up to as many people now. If you are drop-shipping, you also can't get your listings boosted by paying the advertising fee like you used to. They have just implemented some new arbitrary service metrics that make it near impossible to know your profit margins will be for any given month. In short, eBay has done everything short of banning dropshipping all together to make it incredibly difficult for anyone to do it. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're already established on the platform.

Yeah, Ebay is just start selling and they take a cut; Amazon you have to pay a seller's subscription and also they still take a cut.
