Is this is a scam?

Hallo Jow Forums. My family are brainlets and so am I, hence why we're in debt. We got this in the mail today and my parents asked me if it's a scam. I don't know the first thing about debt consolidation so I wouldn't be able to tell.

If they advertise that interest rate make sure it isn't adjustable. Read all of the fine print on this shit. Looks too good to be true imo

don't know about that specific lender, but if you can move 20% cc debt into a 4% loc debt it's a good idea

what's fake about this is the 3.8% would probably only be for a limited time, if your family has jobs and a bank account they would probably get a better rate at the bank

consolidation loans are a thing, abd will be (substiantially) cheeper than creditcards, but youd be better asking a bank. And if ou get one, chop up the cards. Immediately

this and only this. the scam is by using a variable interest rate instead of fixed.

If it starts with "congratulations" it's a scam.

Edit the contract and send it back to them.
