No you have to do a token swap first. Get your now tokens on binance chain. Send them to your BEP wallet. Once trading opens you can login to binance dex with your wallet (similar to how metamask works on idex) and place a sell order

Each monday the team will give you 5K $NOW tokens if you swap 1 BTC worth of coins on their platform but you can abuse the system and repeat this with multiple adress and claim for multiple 5K $NOW airdrop
The airdrop has started 28 may 2018 and now imagine how many coins whales and team has collected with doing this every monday with a lot of adresses
