So anything deployed on Ethereum can also be deployed on GoChain and gain higher speed and lower cost, while waiting for Ethereum to scale. I think once Ethereum scales the two can coexist for different purposes. GoChain, if speed is of highest importance, and Ethereum if inability for third party to interfere is of highest importance.

That's kind of rediculous. They're nothing alike. BNB might replace the ICO-launch aspect of Ethereum. But it's in no way intended as a platform to deploy smart contracts and dapps onto.

BNB doesn't have smart contracts. CZ recently said that they might start to work on it at some point, but it is not what their goal is.
