If you really want to profit, invest in K-Pop, that's going to be the next big thing once normies abandon anime. A lot of social rejects in the west are already buying into K-Pop, and from what I've heard the fashions in Japan that are popular right now are all based on K-Pop, so it's only a matter of time before normies eat it up here. Cosplay thots would especially welcome the trend since they'll be able to make the same money with something closer to proper clothes.

philosophically speaking how can we implement automated firing in the workplace ? Surely a human is required in order to judge the moral, tacit and / or qualia of the situation, a machine simply cannot determine wrongdoing. That is unless we are the minds that within the workplace there are no grounds or basis for the legitimacy of tacit knowledge, moral frameworks, individuality and qualia. In which case employees, both respective and current, are allowed to lie, cheat and manipulate the company, as well as it’s employees, while being compelled to relinquish individuality (and even qualia, basically making them into robots) and the validity of non objective knowledge which again opens up a whole can of worms in determining if employees are even qualified, or what determines suitable qualification. I mean we all know where i’m going with this..
