The data is stil immutable, but the service providers that acts as the plumbing between the blockchain and users can filter out content based on the laws in the country they operate in. It's actually quite fucking smart because it allows bitcoin to be legal in every single country in the world. The illicit content would still be on the blockchain, but it will be filtered for the regular users. Bitcoin MUST work with, and follow the law if it is to be adopted.
