You missed a lot. First, Own is over a year a half ahead of Lition in development. Lition's mainnet is scheduled for Q3 2019 which means Q1-2 2020 in crypto time.
Also, The three founders of Own came from Computershare, legacy stock registration company, 10 billion dollar publicly traded company. Sascha was regional CIO with 500 people under him and a 100 million dollar a year budget.
