This shit is going to moon because liberals love it and jews love and it will be shoved down america's and the wests throat

dump incoming. No boomer stock ipos are shilled on biz for a week prior. so many bags to unload.

i'm partial to agree with you, especially given the outstanding shares for a month or so is going to be less than 10 million, something like 10-15% of circulation. such a ridiculously low float before the lock up ends

tyson already exit scammed before the ipo

INSTITUTIONAL BIDS ARE ALREADY UP TO 37 WHAT THE FUCK. THEY JUST KEEP POSTING AND CLOSING WALLS LIKE THE FUCKING WHALES DO IN CRYPTO

FORTY FUCKING TWO NOW. ITS MOONING AND NO ONE CAN EVEN FUCKING BUY LMAO THIS SHIT IS SO STUPID

lmao they are ALREADY releasing headlines saying the IPO surged 76% above opening price

AND STILL NO ONE FROM THE PUBLIC CAN FUCKING DO ANYTHING WHAT KIND OF FUCKING WORLD IS THIS ?!

dude its all so fucking stupid. for a moment it looked like they weren't going to play this bullshit with BYND. Then low and behold, they halted it for an hour, while they constantly drive up the bids with each other.

there's literally nothing wrong with beyond burgers

they are killing innocent plants

>Tyson Foods Inc said last Wednesday it had sold its 6.5 percent stake in vegan burger maker Beyond Meat...

49.40, fuck off, not buying in for that price.

you're right... you'll have to pay a lot more

nah i'll pass, i don't think a rev of 88m is good enough for a 3billion dollar company.

ya its probably just a pump.

But still, there is a price where this company becomes worth it. WF contract and Carl's Jr, etc. That aint meaningless.

Aint a lot of comps either, so it's pretty uncharted territory.

>dude weed lmao

not just a WF contract. beyond was the first plant based company to get their food put into the meat aisles. that is huge.

idk about other stores, but in WF, beyond meat is not in the meat aisle. It's next to all the vegan cheese and kimchi.

And anyway, black bean burgers have been near frozen meat freezers for decades.

KYS

so can you confirm that it was impossible for us peasants to buy the low price? That way I won't feel like shit forever

institutional buyers had first crack. you had no chance.

how tf can they rail on crypto and yet pull that kind of shite

meh i think if the underwriters already written up the price from 19-21 to 23-35 and now it's at 58 goes to show you that the company is less optimistic about their financials than wallstreet. i'll wait and see, if the price doesn't come down i'll just wait for impossible foods ipo.

23-25

>nutriently shit
>costs as gold
Lol. True zoomers thing.

its not the company's optimism about their financials, the IB is completely responsible for accurately gauging market interest and correctly pricing the slice of equity along lines the market is ready to accept.

The IB typically gets rewarded by getting a % of the net raise, so theoretically their interests are aligned with the company's who obviously wants to maximize the price of equity.

That all changes once the IBs earn tons of other revenues from the people they're supposed to be across the table from, ie, institutional investors.

Not only do IB's lowball the price of issues to give them that opening day "pop" that everyone knows and loves, but they're also lowballing the equity to force the company to pay its dues and kiss the ring, while their most trusted clients get to scoop up the issue well below fair value.

tldr, its just a payoff to the IBs rich clients. New fake meat, same old crony capitalism

Onions #2
I'd rather get some real red meat and finish then stuff garbage into my mouth

I feel like a moron
I didn't buy in
What was up with the delay to open though?

Open a short on the stock in 1 week or day.

initial ((("""public"""))) offering

I just want to buy puts so when it beypnd crashes I'll be beyond rich.

Did anyone actually taste these? Are they really indistinguishable from meat, or is this 100% marketing?
There's a lot of pretty good meat alternatives available nowadays. Fatty and filling. To be actually innovative they would have to be 100% indistinguishable.

its much better than a black bean burger, or a bocaburger or some shit like that.

That said, most of the fat in it comes from Sunflower Oil, which is not really the best for you in terms of omerga 3 -6 ratio (it has alot of omega 6) , so the hardcore health people will not like this product, although I admit it's much jucier than a black bean burger.

I think the real potential w this product is in the "meat causes climate change" canard that the media have been parroting lately. A certain percent of retards will only order vegan burgers at Wendys and Carl's Jr, or get them from Whole Foods for their backyard bbq's because they actually believe they are most sustainable or some ludicrous shit.

Costs 6$ for 2 patties at Whole Foods. VERY expensive burger.

Beyond meat are only decent imo tho Im sure they will improve in the face of competition
Impossible burger is 99.9999% identical to a great burger
t. Vegetarian of 3.5 years

desu famalamam the spicy black bean burgers are the best non-meat burgers out there.

>KYS
It's in the meat aisle where I live retard. Fuck off.

Did you try a linda mccartney burger, I love those.

Those are nasty as fuck. You're better off just making your own bean burgers at home.

They always come pre-seasoned with a ton of salt so they taste like what you'd get if your 65 yo skinny neighbor was throwing a bbq. Can't come anywhere near the taste of fresh butcher quality ground meat seasoned the way you like.

Impossible is better, sure, but it's also necessarily pre-seasoned with a ton of salt and shit. My money's on lab grown meat coming out pretty soon. I think they're looking to have tests in fast food chains within the next year.
