Well Amazon is doing more and more delivering on their own, of small packages at least, which are the majorities of what FedEx and UPS does. Luckily I work for a company that delivers bigger shit that FedEx and UPS don't generally so we've been fine and are more likely to be bought by Amazon than eaten up by them.

Amazon has a fleet of 737/767 cargo planes and a network of contract delivery drivers that works just like uber. The vast majority of packages I get from them are delivered that way now. It’s usually a nigger in his own personal car that brings them to my door.

They also said they are going to make everything they sell have free next day delivery by the end of this year, which means they will probably be dropping fedex and ups entirely.
