I'm 30 and nearly 30,000 dollars in debt with nothing to show for it. Is it over for me?

I am 28 and lost 110k over the last 3-4 years. Got like 20k left. Do you see me bitching OP? Grow up

how the fuck did you get into this

i have 80k in credit card debt, no bitching here

I am 28 and have no debt. 500k in home equity. 50k in index funds. Rest is in crypto or cash. Pretty much killing it. It's not all bad for some of us. Hope this helps.

not yet.
if you’re 40+ with that much debt then its pretty much over

when i was 27 i lost 50k in about 15 min

I’m 32 with 130k in student loan debt. Gonna be making 300k after I graduate residency but if you think regular waging sucks, doctor waging sucks on a whole new level

How the fuck do you people get approved for such huge credit lines

I'm 32 with 400k in debt. Get on my level bitch

what kinda doctor?

35 here, thinking about declaring chapter seven soon. The amount of debt doesn't bother me, but the interest rates are so high that its like trying to bail out the titanic with a teaspoon.

I'd be more than happy to pay if I could get a loan at a decent interest rate to cover it all, but at this point I only quality for predatory levels of interest.

that's nothing, on weekends instead of jerking off drive uber and clear the debt then start building from there

>He has the option to file bankruptcy

Fuck outta here boomer

if you think money defines your worth then you're retarded.

>30k

Put that into perspective

First its really not that much, millions of businesses make over double that a month

Second in the hierarchy of humans theres alot of people with way bigger problems than that

Now im not trying to put you down and say your problems are insignificant but you have alot to be grateful for

That gratitude and perspective will put you in a better mindset to approach a problem

I'm about 30k in debt too. Portfolio value is about 30k though so it evens out.

Basically all in on ETH, SNTVT, and 1 BTC for suicide insurance.

Just default on the debt.

What they gonna do? Garnish your good goy points for a while? Big deal. If the bank defaulted they get bailed out with your tax money. If a company defaults the shareholders are protected by limited liability. Fuck the system just default and start again.

>First its really not that much, millions of businesses make over double that a month

revenue vs profit

who the fck cares how much a business makes when you have no profits.

Just pay the debt you stupid fuck
