Is it profitable to mine crypto on a laptop? Obviously bitcoin is out of the equation but are there any cryptos that mining difficulty is low enough to warrant getting some mining going? I'm not expecting to make loads but I don't pay for electricity so maybe it couldn't hurt?? especially mining some shitcoin that may moon one day.

i mine with nicehash when im not jerking off.
i make about 40 bucks a month on my 1080ti and that's not even running it 24/7. i run it when im sleeping and at work.
however, a laptop will probably net you about 5 cents a month. even a gaming laptop with a dedicated vidya card will probably only get you about 5 bucks a month.
you could also try minergate and mine bytecoin or ETC something. i haven't used it in a while.

i mean, if you REALLY want some satoshis, go for it. i mined on my ROG laptop for weeks before i sold it lololol. i just left it mining all day and night. i was getting about 5-7 cents a day. but i already purchased my desktop so i was mining with that also.
