>an automobile crashed? I told you we can't trust those infernal machines! I'm sticking with my horse!
Lincoln Roberts
The most worrying part is that the Model S crashed on a highway, which is the most tested place for modern self driving tech. If it crashes on a highway, it will definitely crash elsewhere.
Colton Hill
Where is Tesla on this list? Tesla haters are the real cult
Aiden Ramirez
It's not on the list because Tesla never has "self-driving" technology. What it provides is driving assistance technology. Is it that hard to understand?
Angel Reed
Are they still being propped up with subsidies? Also I know a guy who was in an accident six months ago and still doesn't have his car back.
Dylan Baker
>Tesla haters are the real cult They really are. Tells gets hate for shit that no one cats about with any other company.
>Are they still being propped up with subsidies? Case in point. So many companies get much more money and government protection but it only matters for Tesla.
Connor Thompson
It's the entire EV industry, but no one is clamoring for a Chevy volt or >a fucking leaf
David Hill
It's also the entire medical, agricultural, educational, defense, banking industries to name a few more.
Carson Miller
welcome to America. Care to address the no replacement parts issue? you're not wrong, but there are legitimate issues with the long term prospects of the company. I continue to predict a Ford buyout.
No replacement parts seems related to the fact that they can't even keep up with demand for new cars. When everything about a car is new there's going to be less parts around, that's inevitable. They're building more factories so that should improve and high demand is obviously good long term.
Angel Green
Hes overly optimistic (read: deluded) but he is right that they are attempting to disrupt the status quo. Why believe in Crypto but not Tesla?
Camden Ward
Its the Jews. Elon scares the shit out of them, and always has. youtu.be/pQkJpRCvdjs
Anthony Torres
I think if anyone ever buys tesla alphabet or apple will pay more than ford
Christian Price
who are those people asking the questions? they all seem high iq af. are they investors? or like company reps for nvidia and shit?
Dylan Roberts
This. Tesla is more like an iPhone than a mechanical car.
Adrian Gonzalez
They don't need to mass produce by themselves It will be like the Android of self driving cars and Google will profit from selling on-car ads and licenses.
they are trying to capture as much subsidy as possible and it's leaving buyers in the lurch for many months at a time. the brand loyalty aspect of American cars is being overlooked. Not a sound decision imo. Do you know what a base model 3 costs to make? Just curious.
Isaac Moore
The fact is tesla looses billions of dollars while already being the #1 selling luxury car. Its kinda like uber. You already have incredible scale, so when exactly do you become profitable? I think this company just continues for as long as people are willing to buy its bonds or throw money into it but as soon as the next recession hits its toast. The automated software is not particularly valuable because it has like 5+ competitors. Maybe it will get bought out for patents, but I think that value is well below the current market cap.
Michael Johnson
Not a shill or tsla holder so idk. That sounds like another example of government subsidies harming consumers lmao.
Juan Sullivan
Not just a highway divider. Look at that pic you posted. They hit the Beginning of the highway divider where it abruptly transitions from roadway into divider, and they hit it at an angle. Imagine crashing into that little three foot tall impenetrable wall at 70+mph. A concentrated impact like that would tear literally any car into pieces.
Cooper Mitchell
>If at least half of this is true what Elon said
It's not. He is planning on his cars running a million miles without issue despite them being essentially prototypes assembled in a tent, and being able to create an conscience ai in two years which might not even be technically possible. Look at the captcha, it knows 2 of those images are what its asking you to find, the third one it has no idea what it is. That is the current extent of googles ai image recognition on static images today. Elon is saying his ai will be able to recognize all of those correctly 99.999% (any less and it would be banned due to safety concerns) of the time when they are coming at 60mph.
Oliver Jackson
>>tesla haters are the real cult >they are >not a shill >i dont even care lmao If they had a coherent vision, it wouldn't harm consumers. But this current practice isn't sustainable at all. kys you flimsy faggot.
Just saying I couldn't tell you all the reasons Tesla is great but I could tell you a few why the angry boomers who incessantly hate on Tesla are fucking morons.
I have. People hate on Tesla disproportionately for their government subsidies. That was my first post.
Henry Ortiz
ok. keep arguing with people not ITT
William Price
Tesla haters decide they hate Tesla and then look for the evidence. They're also desperate to convince people of their work of view so they're constantly trying to argue online. It's much easier to live in reality but that's not how cults work.
Joseph Powell
because of the fact that we see such idiotic accidents, i think tesla will be a succsess because idiots will buy if you control the idiots, the world belongs to you.
Hudson Carter
>only good thing about Tesla is people don't like subsidies >if you don't all in Tesla you're a cultist >that's my argument >>anything more? >nope
