Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.
I saw a couple of guys in seeking alpha comments mention this seems more like the conditions following trumps win than christmas eve 2018. Hope you fidgety doomsday boiz can learn from this and stop panicking over everything.
Stocktwits is the enemy of clarity, btw. Don't ever read that shit. We should take it out of our OPs.
Unless you're retiring in the next 2-5 years, you should welcome a nice, healthy correction in the market. However you shouldn't sell and wait for it, the curve inversion only lasted 2-3 days, which is unusual and strong profits and low unemployment are signs of strengths. There needs to be more of a catalyst than a "trade war" that has relatively low affects on the overall economy. Even the student loan bubble popping would have minimal effects because the government backs all student loans. if someone could point me to data that shows we're in a massive bubble I'd love to read it, but even the high valuations for companies are justified due to their actual earnings, which is a farcry from the bloated P/Es of the nasdaq bubble.
Although I've started putting more cash aside, I am still dollar cost averaging into this market into companies I believe are undervalued and are defensive companies that fare better in recessions while also increasing their dividend. history tells me this will pay off well
McDonald’s is quite literally recession proof. Also they’ve really improved the quality of their products over the past couple years. Mind you, one still needs to eat their food within the first 5 mins otherwise the food quality starts to decrease exponentially.

Especially LCI. Stock is being operated. Management crawled in bed with some shady dudes to fight the shorts

Yes, they are dead last in self driving and advertising a 1million unit robotaxi fleet by the end of next year.

>No gains >No cheapies I fucking hate this market.
nervous? not really, i can't do much about a crash other than have extra cash on the side to inject into a down market. most my companies are dividend aristocrats, kings, contenders or have a very low payout ratio that almost certainly ensures I could live a year off my dividends alone. however I'd rather just allow them to reinvest for continual DCAing into the market

Give me an earnings coming up today after hours i want to gambld

JNJ and PG are probably the two safest. Once you get above 4% divvy the safety seems to fade a bit. however you can get 5% yield on cost easily if you just hold it for a few years. hold some for multiple decades and your yield on cost could be 50+%

GT rapidly increasing PAG increases every quarter, these are dividiamonds
Meh. That's all ya got, bears? This is snibby tier selloff.

Ford is 7% dividend, but supposedly their dividend is "at risk" (fud?); wait for trade war news friday, if a deal goes through american auto manufacturers like Ford might make some inroad into China-and the eastern hemisphere in general

The Chinese see Buick as a prestigious car brand because their emperor from a long time ago had one.

On March 23, 2016, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged Guy Gentile, a resident of Putnam Valley, New York, with perpetrating penny stock manipulation schemes. The SEC alleges that Gentile, who at the relevant time owned and operated a registered broker-dealer based in Carmel, New York, engaged in manipulative trading, provided illegal kick-backs, and distributed promotional mailings of glossy "newsletters" with fake publication names like "Stock Trend Report" and "Global Investor Watch," in order to tout the stocks of purported gold and silver exploration company Raven Gold Corporation (OTC:RVNG) and natural gas production company Kentucky USA Energy (OTC:KYUS). The newsletters misled investors with purportedly positive - but fake - price and volume trends for these stocks and other false information about the promoters' identity, compensation, and control of the stock. In reality, most of the touted market activity was generated by Gentile and his associates who controlled large blocks of the companies' stocks. Last year, the SEC charged attorney Adam Gottbetter for his role in the KYUS scheme, as well as Canadian stock promoters Mike Taxon and Itamar Cohen for their roles in the RVNG and KYUS schemes.
So lci biggest shareholder is a guy bring investigated for pumping penny stocks? He paying people to post on this thread jesus

The shorts thought it was going bankrupt. Its not. You can listen to even the previous conference call back in February and see they are already doing well towards recovering from the Levothyroxine loss and are paying down their debt. By 2020 they will have replaced the lost profit.
This is a severely undervalued company as a result of overshorting. This is the type of stuff you want to be buying and holding. They will be forced to cover because its not anywhere near as bad as they needed it to be.
Are the jews gonna keep on jewing down the markets during this lunchtime jewdown jamboree, or do you think they'll push the up button when they come back from their bagels?

My plan is to go 50% TQQQ and 50% SPLV then sell out of the money 10% puts and calls each of the value of TQQQ that are 10% out of the money and bringing them closer and farther out of the money as my TQQQ position goes over/under 50% Would this work?
Caleb Taylor
He's not even close to their biggest shareholder. He has a thesis video from half a year ago about why its a good stock to invest in.
Slick hair man has nothing to do with anything. Shorts attack him hoping it'll scare people out of the stock because they are desperate.

Maybe for you and your $12 a litre gasoline, Eurocuck. American vehicles have gone from a 1 billion to 11 billion dollar industry in China over as many years.
The “retail apocolypse” is happening and i saw how gyms are becoming super profitable now, planet fitness 4x in the past few years What other companies are going to benefit substantially by having lower costs on rental space? Surely businesses that have the slimmer profit margin in retail space will benefit the most % wise
Already heavily invested through MO, but it never seems to benefit when cron does well. Sometimes looks like it’s punished for cron though. Why is cron not winning with such a good ally?
