Sergey came to the menlo park main campus to give a 40 min talk about chainlink, then did a short Q and A and left. Literally the same shit we've seen him do 100 times. This was also way back in feb 2018 and I cant find any internal code references to chainlink by the Libra eng team

The other talk he gave at EthCC2 was also pretty interesting. During the Q&A, Sergey mentions being able to connect to 'multiple traditional payment providers' using ChainLink.
He also mentions a Hyperledger adapter and 'usually setting up adapters (for some chain) with the respective teams within a day or two' (not a direct quote).
