It means two things:
1. The BP's are demonstrating a huge degree of integrity by burning the tokens instead of keeping them for themselves
2. The circulating supply will decline by 34 million, which will increase the market cap and increase scarcity of the token. This probably means a price increase, but who knows in this market.
