People still don't understand that CZ has a real legit financial incentive to be against BTC. It's just business.
Binance gained its fame thanks to the altcoin boom. With hundreds of altcoins on the exchange, he likes people to constantly trade between them. Not a lot of money to be gained from clients who buy BTC and mostly just hodl it.
This is also why he wont implement SegWit anytime in the near future. He wants BTC to congest again so the next altcoin boom could start sooner.
