stop buying alcohol.

Let me tell you, as a former alcoholic...people have an idea, you just havent fucked up enough yet for it to be an issue.
But you will

thank goodness, you saved my life

Lurk 2 more years before trying to greentext again.

dont be an idiot and drink at work that shit is going to get you fired. People will notice

it's always sneaky until it isn't . don't start lifting "soon", start today while you're hungover and see how shit it is. don't try and quit cold turkey, but lower the amount until you just have 1-2 drinks the night you stop. then make sure you lift the next day. you'll probably get zero sleep for the next couple of nights so make sure you have something engrossing (anime? crypto research?) to get yourself through the torture. if you make it that far you'll be good, focus on lifting or running thereafter and see for yourself how much better your sessions are when you're not hungover. drink water constantly to flush out your system. try and drink a few litres a day.

you'll relapse anyway at some point but that's fine, just make sure you get some good gains in first, then go through the whole process all over again.

hen I went to rehab it was about $10,000. The last I checked it was up to about $20,000. The sooner you quit the cheaper it will be.

One thing to REALLY watch for and which made me quit drinking on the spot cold turkey is this: When you are sober and walking normally and you start to trip over your own feet and it keeps happening it is time to consider re-hab. The reason being is that it is beginning to affect your nervous system at that point and unless you get help really quick you will be dead in a few days, weeks, or months. IT's one of the BIGGY warnings that if unheeded will result in your demise.

But don't worry about that til it happens. Oh yeah, if you ever want to quit drinking without all the hassles and re-hab and all that just take L-Glutamine. It's an amino acid that is in short supply in most alcoholics bodies. It is one of the few amino acids that can access your brain by passing through the blood/brain barrier and giving your brain what it is REALLY craving! You have to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening for about 30 days but you will simply lose your CRAVING for alcohol. You can still drink it if you want but you just won't want to drink as much. You'll become a social drinker.
But like I say, party on for now, you're probably NOT an alcoholic YET, unless you try to stop for two weeks and can't.
BUt when you get "trippy feet" start taking LOTS of L-Glutamine or Glutamic Acid (same thing). You can get it in any health store or you can order it online at the absolute LOWEST prices from www.swansonvitamins.com. It's about $5/100 capsules or less. I think it's about $8/200 capsules from Swanson.

If your a true addict they don't.

I use to drop 150ugs of acid and work a full day shift, other days would take 5mg-10mg of xanax. Still have the job to this date.

went from drinking every day for the past 10 years to drinking once a week (im scottish so teetotal isnt an option), the first day after drinking seems to be the worse for some reason but after that im fine, everyones different but i cant just have 1 drink and leave it that so i dont bother until ts the weekend, i found the buzz you get from not waking up hungover is the best motivator to stay sober, working out defo helps too and you will see your body recover way more quickly and dont have all the empty calories making you permabulk

alcoholics are the worst and set straight for horrible pain and suffering on all levels of life.

teetotal user here 6 months drink free. Heavy drinker more binge than every day for years. No therapy, no courses just will power never felt better. Cant stop the tobacco though. Its tough but doable unless you are truly lost - keep trying user

I drink sweet liquor because its sweet....
makes a bit nicer to get on with sometimes

so Kahlua + Baileys mix
or
drambuie

I hate bear except KASS

I dont liek 99.9% or all wines

Sometimes rum.

I drink 2~4 shots every few days. Then nothing for months.

I never used to do this and am kinda over it. So wont buy anymore after current 2 bottles run out

lol tobacco is even worse. should have stopped that instead. enjoy your cancer. fucking addicts

Grow and smoke Weed idiot at least it won't fuck you up completly

all the devs I'm working with are alcoholics I'm the only sane person being on weed only

you seem like fun guy

hehe, high five brother
also love to do acid on my shifts, but like 25-30ugs, litte bit more than microdosing
it techsupport
makes fun work

Haven't touched the shit in 4 years. Probs won't ever again, it become a very boring drug towards the end. Was doing it every 4 days and on my days off would do doses of 700ugs-1000ugs. Plus acid users turn into pretenious assholes, thinking just because they take a drug they become enlighten.

Never felt microdosing did anything for me, it was just a waste of acid surprised you even feel anything off 30ugs.

I switched from alcohol to Adderall.

Fun fact: Adderall shrinks your penis, look into it.

thanks for the kind words and advice anons. Can be a struggle sometimes

whoopsies too hungover to type properly

Walkin around with handles is a BIG tell

you are still a computer program. there are variables in your life that trigger your thought process to switch to "lets drink now". for me whenever I was trying to go out with friends and get laid I would drink, so I just stopped going out to party if the plan was drinking. you gotta find that variable in your own life and hope it's not too many variables.

if you can try drinking only under one situation, do it for 6 months, then completely avoid that situation and do something fun.

Im like you, had to quit drinking and blow. After 4 months i quit chewing tobacco. I will occasionally smoke a cigarette or spliff but the chew is too addictive. If i buy another tin i might not quit.

Life is a little bit more boring now but i like it this way. I feel like a real adult getting all my shit done. Just bought a house last week. I wouldnt have made it if I were still doing grams and getting blacked out
