Guys, I had an interview today and took a sick day. One of my coworkers saw me in broad daylight in a suit and acknowledged me.
What do I do? Technically I am sick (exertion headaches)

I would do that but how do I explain the suit? I never wear a suit. My office is pretty casual.

Just go in and don't say anything, they can't really ask because it's medical and a medical office certainly won't tell. Worst case they'll ask for a doctor note (probably not if you had time if anyway) lmk and I'll make you one for 50 bucks.

I think the crucial part is not that they saw me, it's that they saw me a in a suit (which I never wear). So i'm quite clearly interviewing.
