My net worth is negative and I’m 35. Hang in there boomer bro.

Same

so why didnt u stack up bro?

Just bought a house. I'm in debt. I have a negative networth.

how are you going to count the liability but not the equity?

learn to day trade

never think like this, op.
i work with a 39 year-old who’s given up on life because he’s working part-time retail with college students.
he’s always being pessimistic as fuck and the rest of us pretty much avoid him.

I mean, if he JUST bought it the only equity is probably the down payment.

If you spend literally 0$ you can retire at 53 on 2m

and already losing the little money I have on crypto. I would have killed myself already if it weren't for my parents

lel I have more money in chainlink than your entire life is worth and I am 10 years younger than you

Fair, but if that asset can also be sold to pay off your liability, assuming the house hasn’t decreased in value at point of sale, you come out at a wash so I feel like you would still declare the entire asset as equity. I am not a CPA though, so my opinion doesn’t matter much

>neet
>only have money because my parents stoped making me pay rent at 26

I am the true failure OP

the fact you recognize your weakness is your actual first step to recovery.

42 and about $2K, so you're doing better than me my boomer bro.

Actually, pretty much everybody is.

idgaf. :^)

Very happily married though to an awesome girl.

>Very happily married though to an awesome girl

You unironically made it. Make sure to have children. (Only if you are white).

Not gonna lie I feel like complete failure since I have made so many dumb decisions before which could have made my current life better. But whatever , you live and you learn.

Apologies in advance, but had to happen to somebody at some point tonight, bud.

Why don't you have an associate's degree? Those only take 2 years to get, you may already qualify or need a few classes at a community college.

35k total net worth
Own 1 bitcoin that I bought at 1000 never traded and am never going to trade it
4000 in other stocks, mostly in Disney, Amex and dow
Recently got a 15000 army enlistment bonus

I’m about to deploy overseas so I’ll be getting tax free overseas pay and will only be spending money on wifi, the occasional hooker and bottle of bulleit
Its probably going to add around ~15000 to my net worth over 9 months

Yer gonna die thou

34 100k in crypto. 50k cash. 7in cut. Did meth twice.

>Yer gonna die thou
I chuckled, maybe he gets some light PTSD and develops a drinking problem

I did try to get my associates. I went to college for IT right out of high school but my parents decided it would be a great idea to split up and move to different states. I tried to join the military to escape the shitty life of moving every 6 months only to tear a tendon of mild importance and get kicked out.

Guess I'm a dumbass, a lot of my problem is fear of living on my own for shit wages and having nothing to put into things like investments or to further myself. My greatest fear is becoming that 40 year old you see at the checkstand in Fred Meyers

I should mention though that I have a mostly completed associate's degree in IT as I mentioned, maybe the best course of action for me would be to complete that degree. I hope it isn't too late and the credits are still valid though, I think it's been close to or past 5 years

36. ~515k

kek

Those are almost definitely expired by now. Your best bet might be to get comptia or cisco certs.

Not really, just start growing/making drugs. At the very least you can sell them to 16-18yro girls who will fuck you for them. At most you make a shit tonne of money and put it in crypto.

20 years old. 3k in crypto, 1k in the bank. I've only had a (part-time) job for 8 months or so and haven't done anything in terms of schooling after highschool, mostly been neet.

35, about 10k in the bank and 3k in ETH, work in IT basically 1hour per day and fuck around for 7 hours

No debt, own house, no kids married to a hottie 30yo who makes 6k/month

I feel like I made it and the future looks bright

Where did u get my picture?

if you fell for the college meme your even worse off than he is.

No offense but are you guys larping? How can you be 20+ without at least 10k in the bank? You DO have emergency funds right? And don't want to hear any sob stories europoors have more than half of you burgerfaggots
