To clarify only female bank tellers have ever treated me like this, and the 2 male bank tellers didn't change their tone, but did seem shocked/surprised.

My guess is the females feel as if they could try to talk their way into a relationship in order to get a hold of my finances. I've had one ask if I was looking for a room mate which makes no sense to me. Also I'm married and have my wedding ring on all the time so it's not like I'm advertising for a relationship.

My take away from these experiences is that if random strangers will change their tone and treat you differently knowing you have money then imagine what friends and family will do. I make it a habit to not flaunt, to shut up and not brag, and that by no means should I ever have to spend a dollar to maintain someone's friendship. If it happens it happens and good friends will spot you just as you spot them. If anyone asks you for a large sum there's a reason they're not going to anyone else because you're going to be their victim.

Over time I've grown to enjoy being attentive towards others and learning more about them rather than talk about me. It's a great way to develop relationships and trust.

Oh and last thing, lift/get fit. You don't need to flaunt money if you look good naturally. It is easily the best risk/reward thing you can do with your time if you have absolutely nothing to do with your time.

My close friends (that I've learned to vet and not put up with anyone that gets jaded over your success) will ask me from time to time how's business been. I think overall if you're associating with other successful dudes that there's a mutual respect and sometimes even encouragement/support - it's great.

I made it a couple years ago, not exactly with crypto but by winning a well known prize in my country. Small country and I had appearances in TV, so pretty much everyone knew in a heartbeat. The first thing you will notice is people wanting to "reconnect". Cousins you've never seen before, old acquaintances, that kind of thing. People WILL treat you differently, because everyone wants a piece. I went to uni next year and was treated like a king.
Funny thing, once the dust settled about the "fame" aspect a couple years later, everything and everyone went back to normal. I still have the money and all of that, but people don't bother me anymore.

The point I'm trying to make is, don't bother with the people who will came out of the caves and stay with your old friends. You may get a little disappointed in people, but remember this too shall pass.
