How do I become a millionaire?

I have a bachelors in math, what are the best things to utilize my skills to become rich?

I don't want to be wagie until I'm 50 and die a decrepit old man.

Write a profitable trading algorithm. Use it.

cant you calculate the answer yourself?

Not a bad idea.

I already did. I calculated that if I don't make it by 30 I'll kms

ok then find an exploit in something math related idk or do stock pattern stats or find a way to percentage something in general things idk how to explain im sure you understand tho

Just get some Link you'll be fine.

Get a PhD and apply to teach somewhere sunny in Latin America.
In most of the countries, you will work 800 easy hours each year, can not be fired and make enough to have a very comfortable life with prestige.
Meanwhile, you still got a lot of time to do anything else that you might want.

Make 300k+ in a high end wagie job starting early 20’s and retire by early 30’s

Is that really possible?
Well, I mean not for me because I'm a brainlet. But are there people writing bots that make them millionaires by just doing nothing?

be a wagie at an insurance company

yeah one of the groundworkers for algorhitmic trading made like $12M in a couple of years. Problem is with these things is that they start as niches. Then as more people do it, the returns diminish. Like with everything. But the world is never short of fools. Hence all the ''guru's''

Like an actuary? Here in Canada, the job market looks pretty bleak for those professions.

Most trading done these days is managed trough algo's. Only some human interaction to moniter it. That's why people tell you not to day-trade.

Buy link kind sir

Yeah that's what I meant to say kind of, so it was just a lone person or small team doing it? I always thought the algos were written by huge teams of people with huge data centres combing over everything
I understand if the specific method gets out then returns diminish etc like how renaissance never releases or copyrights/patents so that way its just a secret and no one can copy it

>How do I become a millionaire?

Start your own business.
Seriously, that's the answer 99% of the time.

Those who get lucky (e.g. got into crypto early, or won the lottery) are rare edge cases, and is just pure luck.

Lone person yeah. he made it famous. not sure what his name was. Can't find it that easily either right now.
>I always thought the algos were written by huge teams of people with huge data centres combing over everything
They can be. But you could write one as an individual.

The trading floor in Chigago and NY do the same. It's all algo's now. From what I understand their volume is quite large. CBOE does like 20% of the volume in commodities and its all algorithmatically managed. Only a small fraction still goes trough floor trading with hand signals because I suppose they think its fun. Though that floor would also represent a lot of high net individuals using people on the floor as their eyes and ears. Cause supposedly there's some action/information you can't get as easy not being on the floor. Odds are all stacked heavily against you.

If I could do it over again, I would have majored in Mathematics.

but what about the upcoming bull run

Gotta have money to make money.
If you're gonna bet on BTC, you can get a x50 at best.

Going into alts is gambling, and as I said, it's pure luck. If you have trading skills though, that's another thing.

Thanks just bought 100k hot

Become a quant if you’re high IQ.

Go all in on BTC

I think you need a phd for that
