As for arbitrage you are asking, i know just basic shit. Load $100 (or whatever amount) to your desired exchange and $100 on two/three other exchanges.
Then look for coins with big spread. Tbh, you need some sort of automation for this and gains aren't that big but are safe.

From that $100, buy $50 worth of your coin on exchange 1 and on exchange 2/3/4. Because transfer aren't that fast you need to sell quick. Also if there is a huge spread usually deposits/withdrawals for that coin are locked for the time being. Last one i remeberd it happened with GRIN on bittrex where it was 100k sats while on other exchanges it was ~80k sats.
