ARK Interoperability: with centralized entities and no security because no smart contracts.
Decentralization: fake, a few random guys that have constantly to reload a backup of the blockchain because the network collapses
Point click blockchain: useless, why would anyone fork ARK instead of ETH or any other blockchain desu? the only ones that may need a fancy interface for that are those who can't program and bring value to the ecosystem.
Utility of the coin: 0, it is not needed for anything
What's left? The developers 2 years ago publicly stated that they had no idea what to do, how can people still hold this shit?

Not having fees kills the value of Ark. They should have focused on interoperability and in wallet atomic swaps.
