I understand. I used to be like this always getting sweaty palms and heartbeat but you literally have to kill your emotions while trading. Always hold a little longer than you would be willing to (at least that was my problem) I sold at the every slight dip and sometimes even lost money on a coin that would be just fine if I holded. Just to be clear you WILL lose some money dont let that get to you thats completely normal. Just dont go all in every time you see an opportunity.
