Nothing Link is a meme.

>Honestly, give me one good and !REALISTIC! use case.
Making loser NEETs and wagecucks wealthy.
It's a shortcut, and we found it.

this is bullish

If you think insurance gonna do payments throw a easly faked input you are retarded.

the fundamental use case is making neets the new ruling class

Do you believe that blockchains and smart contracts built on top of them in general are going to be big in future?

If not, nothing will be "realistic" to you.

If yes, and you still don't see it, there's no helping you.

fundamentally you can connect your smart contract with any real-world data

nothing realistic
it's a scam the dump to .30 will be glorious, followed by the slow runup back to .60, followed by a dump, followed by a slow runup to .50, followed by a dump..
you get the idea, linkies are missing moons left and right because they've been brainwashed by an discord campaign to milk their money and use it for the moons. The desperation thread from earlier was getting sad, this stuff is becoming too dangerous. People are throwing so much money into a meme/ perpetual scam, screencap this when link is between .30-1.38 in 3 years continuing it's cycle over and over

user, I...

Lmao no link cope is progressing quickly

If you know what a smart contract is, and you understand what any of those logos are in your picture, but you still need an example--then you have no imagination.

Let me help you out. Take, uh... Paypal, for example. Know what it does? You pay people, or receive payments, through their service.
Now imagine if Paypal allowed you to automate transactions in such a way that:
>Every time certain variables = certain defined values and conditions are met, you are automatically paid by the person who "signed" your smart contract to agree to this automated payment
>If all those variables are met (for example, you gave the customer exactly what they paid for) you can set up your smart contract in such a way that it is impossible for them to perform a chargeback scam; because it's all hard-coded (if customerRecievesProductExactlyAsAdvertisedAndAgreedUpon, ableToChargeback = false)

If you're just one guy taking on furry digital art commissions once or twice a month, this isn't that useful (except for the chargeback part) because you could just carry out transactions yourself.
But if you're a business making hundreds of transactions every single day, this is huge, because everything that goes into a transaction is automated, and you can trust your code to execute no matter what. Meaning, that as long as the customer pays you, and your variables = what the customer pays for, you will always get paid and the customer can't just refuse to pay.

Please don’t spoon feed literal retards

ok maybe

and 90% are unrealisitc and have an unsecured input

I do, but i cant see link connecting the "Real World" to blockchain, there (and maybe every) system to connect it is retarded

Chainlink purports to attract big business, but there is one problem - all data in a smart contract is publicly visible. Can you imagine your financial or health records handled by Chainli*k nodes so everyone can peek into your private life? The solution to this is meant to be Town Crier, proprietary hardware enclave but then it makes no sense to use the blockchain.

delete this

It’s a 10/10 way of extracting $32 million from internet NEETs

How in the fuck do you verify a product someone receives is as advertised. I think they mean you can just pay money from PayPal contingent on crypto received and vice versa.

>The solution to this is meant to be Town Crier
GDPR compliant smart contracts

>unsecured input
Until you understand where you’re wrong no use case will be realistic to you

IoT

It has no use. The insiders Jason Parser and Chad O'Fourke told us earlier that the big banks have no interest in decentralized oracles when they could just make their own. In face even if it does get adopted the token is can only be valued at a maximum of $1.20 or it defeats the entire point.

Explain to me how can you have an secure !REAL WORLD! input

Honistly id like to know

This
The only way to make the information unreadable is the use of TEE’s, like SGX. When questioned, the team likes to fallback on the “layered” approached, but there is no other layer without TEE. 1000 eoy can’t happen if users can’t restrict access to what they’re doing.
What’s the problem with TEE’s? Do your research, it’s such a new field and every year a new exploit is found for sgx alone.
linkies shit on linkpool and clcg as being companies depending on a product that isn’t even out yet, like some inception shit, but the link team keeps worrying me when they gloss over the TEE’s and make TEE’s not seem as important as they are to link, link is is phoning everyone telling them they are the first to the 4th industrial revolution-themed party and to get their ass over here, but link might actually be at the wrong address if you know what I’m saying.

scam coin use by criminal for murder and cp

Are you joking? Have you been on this board for the past year? For the past month?

this

there isnt a use case

its complete vaporware

>hurr durr ill run my alarm clock on chainlink!!!

gonna use it to buy a lambo

Take a thing with a lot of money in it, draw an arrow to the link icon, then another arrow out of it to some other thing.

These massive companies and industries will never figure out how to move money around without the help of some fat schlubby CEO who gives major press events dressed like a plumber.

It definitely has a user case for dyor faggot

Whether this is true or not, they will be able to adapt. Remember, the power is in the network more than the technology.

Lol look at this brainlet thinking anyone is going to take time out of their day to hold his hand through this process.
We don't care if you buy retard. This rocket will ignite with or without your neetbuxs.
