It is, but not as much as some think. Just the US GDP is 19 trillion a year. If LINK turns out to be the contract grease it promises itself to be, then getting 100 billion in market cap yearly for a few years isn't unreasonable. I'd say LINK could possibly be $800 within five years.
But that's only if it actually does something amazing for the market. Nobody knows if it will, and people are justifiable skeptical about crypto since it hasn't really done anything yet. That's why the price is still cheap. We're speculating on complete unknowns.
I have a few k LINK just in case. No way I'm missing out on possible a couple million just because I don't think it's terribly likely. But it was easy for me, because I bought the 3k at like 24 cents.
