> Tesla Inc. will probably miss its 2019 delivery target range as the U.S. electric-car maker’s sales shrink in China amid a trade war between the two countries, according to Loup Ventures co-founder Gene Munster. > Munster cut his estimate for Tesla’s full-year global car sales by about 10% to 310,000 vehicles, versus the minimum 360,000-unit target the manufacturer set in March, the analyst wrote Thursday in a report. He also slashed his estimate for China’s share of the company’s deliveries by half. > “We are lowering our numbers as a precautionary measure related to two unknowns,” including China’s probable imposition of tariffs on Tesla car imports as well as other impediments such as new regulations on sales or a potential consumer boycott of U.S. goods, Munster said. Loup’s pessimism on the import fees is a “minority view,” discounting most investors’ view that Tesla will remain exempt because of its investment in a Chinese battery factory, he said.
> Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas, who earlier this week said that Tesla stock could plunge to as low as $10 in a worst-case scenario, held a private call with investors Wednesday in which he said the company is “seen more as a distressed credit and restructuring story.”

Who /goldnsilver/ here?

Got myself into a new position recently.
Let's talk about $VRUS
Someone tell me the obvious thing I'm missing that makes this a scam.
It trades at $0.01 but; >It has millions of dollars in revenue, audited by a seemingly legit company >It has received a non-dillutive loan from a bank for $600k >It has a million dollars from a private investor (Andrew Garnock, apparently famous for investing in $CRON before it mooned) >0 toxic financing
I don't get it, why is this fucking thing trading at $0.01?
Yo Bulls sweaty, pumps weak, loans are heavy There's margin call on TSLA already, mom's spaghetti Tpump nervous, but on the surface he looks old and ready To drop bombs, but he keeps on forgettin' What he spoke about when the whole crowd was loud He opens his mouth, but "Stop wars" words won't come out He's orange, how, everybody's jokin' now The clocks run out, times up, cover, now! Snap back to reality, oh there goes gravity Oh, there goes tariffs, he imposed on his allies He's mad, but he won't give up that easy? No He won't have it, he knows his whole country is broke It don't matter, he's dope, he knows that, but he's blocked
AMRN has got a plan; backing the ass clowns into a corner to the point they ain't gotta choice but to give the green light.
By spreading the word about the drug and getting the people to demand it and the fact they'd be telling the ass clowns "hey you don't approve this we'll take our drug overseas and deny the U.S all that Profit and drug benefits" the ass clowns will have little choice but to cave in.

Do I buy in more today or panic sell before I go into the red

Imagine the margin calls on Tesla. Now imagine millions of debt ridden college kids screaming in unison for mommy.

I'll give you a nice red pill.
"Diversifying" when you're dealing with baby Bux is brainlet tier.
I don't know how much that entire portfolio is worth but let's say it's $2k.
Instead of splitting the entire thing over 25 different stocks and earning $20 each you should be putting your baby sum into one stock and getting bigger returns.
If you put $2k into PLUG at $2.3 and it's at $2.53 now you would have $200 instead of $12.
You're shooting yourself in the foot by "diversifying" chump change. If you're dealing with huge sums of money you don't put it all into one stock because of liquidity issues and senseless risk.
If you want to diversify baby Bux buy an index ETF.

>buying anything on margin, especially when you already have debt
They literally fucking do. It's the reason why we're about to retest 2800. Don't know what you're smoking friend.

I wonder what Juncker is drinking today.

Definitely a gamble, the history of the stock is convoluted but digging through it I can't find anything that stinks outright about its current fundamentals.
Its 10-ks for the past three years have been audited.
They've recently gotten non-dillutive cash injections from both a bank and a private investor.
They bought a food subsidiary with an MLB license for every team in the league.
I just don't get it.

Buy F because Henry Ford was J-woke as fuck. The div and shareholder discount are just gravy. Looking forward to shitposting from and living out of a modified Ford Transit van paid for by dividends in a few years.
It's only not a spring chicken cause youngins like myself arent investing in the stonks. It's full of old ppl too close to retirement or death to take any chances on moolahs.

Based gommie faggot. Convinced me to sell the very top and go all in on bonds. Now those bonds are up 5% since I bought them.
>you aren't a real gommie, are you?
Julian Brooks
>just stay relaxed and imagine your cute wife waiting for you at home when you're out there fighting I'm embarrassed for her, considering she married me.
>Based gommie faggot. Convinced me to sell the very top and go all in on bonds. Now those bonds are up 5% since I bought them. Good job user! You're gonna make it.
>>you aren't a real gommie, are you? It's socialism or barbarism user, I'm hoping for the first, preparing for the latter.
Henry Johnson
that's really not the reason. the QE that was put in during the last financial crisis was never removed. the fed tried to roll it back since they can see the writing on the wall but the whole country spazzed on them to stop raising rates. so now we won't be able to do it again since we were too greedy and lazy to fix everything. housing prices are passing 2006 levels and people and corporations are taking on more debt than ever before, and with non-banks starting to dominate the lending market credit worthiness is taking a nose dive, so people with donkey-shit tier credit scores can buy million dollar houses. you just wait kid, you have no clue.
Isaac Thomas
My grief will be manageable. Semi. I am thinking pretty hard about getting into expedited delivery for work. And I do have a large F position. Thx senpai.
>3-7 year treasury and shit. Packaged corporate bonds are the new bad mortgage debt. Sovereign bonds are probably safe but I don't trust them. Smart.
>What even is socialism, dude. Whatever the expropriation of the capitalist class, brought about by the development of capitalism itself, leads to. I'm not here to advance utopia, I just don't think that capitalism is capable of reproducing society much longer.
Eli Johnson
Wait really? Who's lending them the money? Are we for real getting another 2008?
Gavin Scott
And if you had no profit? Just pull out at a loss?
Jeremiah Williams
hard to be offended by file_name when I call myself a faggot with every single post
non-banks originate half of all mortgages currently, so yes we are getting another 2008. they don't have huge deposit reserves like real banks so they are not too big to fail.
Jonathan Long
What do you mean by non-banks? P2P lending cant give out enough for a mortgage can they? And credit unions are doing fine right?
Robert Reyes
I don't think we'll see another 2008 at least as the instigator of the crisis. The labor market is too tight for consumer loans to be the weak link. Rather, I think we'll see that exactly because of the impact of the tight labor market on profits combined with the trade war we'll see corporate bonds as the critical point in the debt market.
yes, it's all going to go tits up basically. we got 10 different bubbles each one not big enough to bring the house down on its own, but together we will bring the god damn house down
Nicholas Taylor
well depends what you trade and what kind of frequency you looking at
Not everyone invests in boomer ETFs lol There is no “good time” for profit taking since no one can predict the future

Musk mentioned many times how few car companies survive actually, statistically it's one of toughest market. In big picture tesla has changed lot of the market, forced all large companies to go electric quixker etc, so without tesla there would still be focus on combustion engines. Electric cars/engines are far more better, they are stronger, more efficient, less changeable parts, and easier to repair etc etc. only takes now at least 5 years where the batteries become 50-80% cheaper. So Musk did eachieve that he pushed technology world wide to advance

Musk is by far one of the best innovators. Im not long neither short, once i longed tesla profitable rather quick trade
This is an opinion you have of him because you have not studied him. It was cultivated by entities who profited from the "real life ironman" narrative to drive up the equity value of his companies. The same thing was done with Elizabeth Holmes. He is a fraud who ruins every company he has ever "founded". He is just a very good salesman.

The difference is that tsla have an actual product, which one happens to be record quick road car and something like 2nd best selling sedan in usa. Not gonna argue about Musk and Tsla cause ive been some people get very emotional especially the musk hate club members they just arent very objective people in general and personal bias drives everything
