Depends on what "debt reset" constitutes. If we're talking debt forgiveness for all individuals/corporations then the debt just moves into treasury bonds. But if it's a total wipeout and every government, individual and corp declares bankruptcy at once then yeah the bond market ceases to exist until someone/thing starts it again.
