It's only going to go up in the long term. Also, Coinbase and Binance are going to list it soon (1-2 weeks). That'll definitely bring a huge boom. There's also RSV if you want a stable coin.
Right now you can only buy it on Huobi Global which despite being chinkshit is incredibly similar to Binance.
If you're wondering what the logo is: The black R on top of a white background is RSV (the stablecoin) and the black hashtag on top of a white background is RSR (the one that's going up dramatically).

No idea if it can get you banned, but they probably don't care. I'd either wait for Coinbase/Binance, or just use a VPN if you don't give a fuck. Fantom's apparently pretty great too so that's another option for north americans

i am fully invested in holochain ($50k+) and fantom ($25k+). no more play money this month and i can't afford to miss those two pumps. holo will 5x in the next 4-8 weeks and fantom will pump to pluto when the binance listings drop.
seed investors are at a 10x on RSR already and it just double-topped. investing now is asking to stay poor. i might wait and drop a few k on it when it retraces otherwise it gets a no from me.
