On one hand you're probably right but on the other I don't have a lot of friends and none of them would fucking sue me. Making me think of those burglars that sue the owners of the house they robbed because they got hurt robbing it though. Fucking scum.
Convince me I need homeowners insurance...
just buy fire and liability you kike
no one thinks they are going to lose everything till it happens
just get some cheap insurance with limits if you're not that worried
If you live in canada you need homeowner insurance. Otherwise banks are now allowed since january 1st to fuck you up pretty fast if the housing market crashes
you'd hate to think one of your friends might sue you but are you really so confident they'd chose your friendship of hundreds of thousamds or millions of dollars? espiecially if they area facing a disability or expensive medical bills with nobody else to pay for them?
not just them but also little kids from the neighborhood that might just fall off their bike on to your front lawn or jump your fence to retrieve a football or whatever
Insurance is mandatory. You can skip it for many, many years, but eventually, you'll find yourself doing any of the following:
shooting a nigger on your property.
having your shit broken into.
needing to fly.
needing to talk to the bank about big boy things.
needing to get a plumber or some other service person to fix your shit.
getting in any way involved with the law.
having the law step foot in your house.
>you'd hate to think one of your friends might sue you
>you need liability insurance in case someone gets hurt or killed on your property
>I don't have a lot of friends and none of them would fucking sue me. Making me think of those burglars that sue the owners of the house they robbed because they got hurt
are you for fucking real? please share the name of that shithole you live in? then consider gassing yourself.
it's a waste of money. if something eventually comes up, you could have used that saved up money to pay for it.
insurance doesn't cover earthquakes, floods, etc unless you pay double or triple per month. If it burns down that sucks, but that's unlikely, especially with care.
If it does burn down, just accept the loss and move into something smaller for awhile. the rest of your net worth should just be in an account that can't burn down anyway.
insurance is just paying a guy so he can give a portion of your money back. why not cut out the middle man?
>not just building pic related
you both ain't going to make it lads.
Can you link me to more info on how to build that, kind user?
