Sounds like you live in a traitor park user. Subway systems suck. Traffic congestion in major cities suck more. The only solution there is now is to create more lanes on the freeways, which takes YEARS to make. Why not make a tunnel for cars?
I’m guessing you don’t know much of anything either. The cost of sending a Space Shuttle is expensive AF. SpaceX is going to get done at a fraction of the cost. Also keep in kind SpaceX isn’t a publicly traded company. There’s no shortage of private investment for it.
