Someone please tell me how CHX doesn't fail the Howey Test and wouldn't be shut down by SEC if OWN struck deals with businesses in the United States. They are clearly encouraging investors to buy more CHX in order to get more rewards. The more you have staked, the less CHX is in circulation on the market, and the more CHX will be worth as whales will try to scoop up as much as possible for expectation of profit.
