>Spend it all on medicine because you’re an old fuck and your kidneys have failed and you have prostate cancer or some shit

Why do people respect Warren Buffet? He doesn’t live in Omaha in his old house he lives in a mansion. He left his wife to die alone as he fucked his mistress. He’s the epitome of boomer filth yet people give him a free pass.

I’m gonna throw a big party when this fuck dies.

>revered as a god in the investing community
>just sprouts investing philosophical bullshit
>couldn't recognize high growth tech stocks because he "didn't understand them"
>fools young people on opinions of punishing corporations and banks when he benefits from them the most
Warren Buffett dick riders are the worst people in Finance. I never had a day in uni where the professor couldnt have a lecture without mentioning him as if he's the only investor that's ever existed. He bought good companies during bear runs.

How does Buffet have money if he doesn't cash out? Does he even have money?

Dividends and interest

>what is collateral

he can borrow with his shares of berkshire as collateral
elon musk does the same thing with tesla, which is why if tesla drops below ~160 elon is going to get fucked

He's on borrowed time fren, him and that ghoul partner of his

i love boomers. if they hadn't wrecked this country this capitalist nonsense would have gone on another 200 years. now thanks to them communism is a certainty. we will be living in fully automated gay lgbtq+ space multi demensional UBI communism within the next 10 years.

He doesn't have dividends. Not sure about interest though, but I'm guessing he doesn't get interest either.

Is this taxable? Also, won't he owe money afterward? How would he pay that off?

do you think he actually drinks cherry coke? I bet it's just water, that amount of sugar will mess up his health at that age real quick

>Why do people respect Warren Buffet?
Because they're fools BUT not for the "reasons" you stated. Warren Buffet STARTED with an equivalent of 115k (in todays dollars) by the time he was 25. He isn't your everyday smuck who made it by his smarts alone, and neither is Bill Gates (III), or Bezos (300k investment from bank of mom and dad into early Amazon). The last two were extremely hardworking people AND had a lot of luck, timing and a head start to make it. Your average joe who worships Buffet won't.

Well, yes. That's it. The road has ended.

He apparently drinks 5 Cokes a day and buys
McDonald's breakfast everyday too. He has access to work class healthcare and probably exercises regularly, so it doesn't really matter.

world-class *

damn that's wild
my grandpa is around his age and is very healthy, goes to a gym regularly, takes all sorts of vitamins/supplements daily and visits a doctor regularly, but if he eats even a slice of cake, it will mess him up for the next few days.

>Get massive pension, tax breaks, investment property handouts and social security benefits despite living through the greatest period of economic prosperity, ever.
>Salt the earth behind you as you stagnate wages while raising the cost of living several fold
>Tell the next generations that they are entitled and dont deserve handouts while voting en masse for any politician that will keep giving you free money

lmfao warren buffet got a job with one of the best wealth managers before he went off on his own, he was handed his life on a silver platter

literally 99% of rich people are because they're privileged as fuck

Love poorfag communist tears

>be boomer crypto-kike
>get all the insider info from your not so distant cousins
>get rich

>be zoomer crypto-kike
>get all insider info from your cousins who created this (((alternative))) system
>get rich again

inb4 it was just some good goy who created bitcone

SP500 does outperform hedgefunds and individual stock picking 9 times out of 10 though. You have to be pretty stupid thinking you can outperform the market without some omre experience. Signals and algotrading on a small operation get rekt by holding in an index fund every year. Don'y buy the hype from youtube personalities or discords with retarded signals.

Of course do individual stock picking and crypto, but you're a literal fucking retard if you don't see the very basic wisdom of Buffet. The reason he and people like him continue to make so much money is because there are so many retards who think they know better than the market, and Buffet and boomers will happily take your money with every stupid call you make

Buffet's returns in the modern era have been dogshit though, and what is the investing zeitgeist in the modern era? Index funds and ETFs.

Value discovered is irrelevant in a post Quantitative Easing world.

That really isn't that much desu. Buffet's benefit was that he started trading during during the first serious uptick in the stock market since the Great Depression in the 1950s.

Buffet was born in 1930. Let's say he puts his 115K ($12,060 in 1955 dollars) of our dollars into an imaginary index fund in 1955.

Attached: sp35to80.png (1332x703, 70K)

when retail investors are all-in index funds, it's retarded to not be overweight specific blue chips in liue of

The S&P is 36 in 1955.

In 1980 it's 140 = 46,899

In 1990 it's 367 = 122,942

In 2000 it's 1500 = 502,487

In 2010 it's 1037 = 347,386

In 2019 it's 2826= 946,685

So yeah, something has fundamentally changed in the market since 2000. People don't have the same behaviour in investments as they did in the 20th century and Buffet is completely outclassed and dare I say, outdated.
