I've been mining Chainlink for a week now and the block rewards fluctuate so much. One day I earn 1600 LINK for 124 blocks, the other day it's 3000 LINK. How do I maximize and stay at the maximum ROI?
I hope I can make up for locking the price at 72 cents on my ledger. Beginner mistake I know :/
It honestly depends what time of day you're mining and how many other node miners you're competing against.

This is all kinds of shit bait
You should feel bad
Chase Jenkins
This. I average 5-6k LINK per day personally, but I've had a few days of 10k+, especially lately as a lot of miners seem to be moving on to more promising tokens/coins.

I keked at that image desu

I'm earning a steady income of around 1700 LINK p/d

For any nulinkers, you don't mine LINK. You submit specific data to contracts that request it and you're rewarded in LINK.
Also, you can't "lock" the price of a coin on your ledger. Shit bait. I take you in my mouth anyway but I'm sure to spit you out
Carson Miller
This is FUD
Carson Edwards
Dumb bait. Not even the stupidest normie on Jow Forums would fall for this shit. "Submit specific data to contracts" ok sure Mr. CIA.

checked those trips, personaly I can only afford enough GPU's to mine 2200 LINK a day, but I lock their price on my Trezor, it has a new feature that lets you lock the price downwards, this way if it goes down I have it locked at 1.2$, if it goes 1000$ I can just unlock it and sell them for 1000$. You're missing out if you're not doing this or if you're using a ledger.
Grayson Murphy
How fast will I destroy my GPU if I mine LINK? I can't afford to buy new ones.
Jeremiah Mitchell
Oh man that's pretty smart. Anybody want to buy a ledger? Please don't spend my LINK before my trezor comes so you can send it to my new adress
Nathan Clark
top kek this is some 4d bait
Dylan Sanchez
you need at least 2 video cards to mine chainlink
Parker Allen
yes

There is an unknown trick on VGA GPU's (made between june 2017- august 2018) that let you comfortably mine link without overheating, the problem is finding them on ebay, I use my intel hd 5000 because I already have 50K link locked (downwards) at 1.2$, so I think by end of june I might have 130K link (50K locked downwards, 80K unlocked but lockable), which is enough to make it.
Jacob Richardson
i have 2 laptops with hd520 sir, will that bee good to do the needful and mine chainlunk?
Jaxon Young
you won't, it doesn't take that much power anyway, LINK mining is fairly low power since it's just contracts and requests
Mason Wood
Holy shit how do you mine so much LINK per block? My average is about 0.5 link per block. I'm never going to make it am i?
Benjamin Barnes
Are you mining on a fucking potato user? I have a shitty thinkpad and I still get around 2-4 LINK per block depending on hours. Usually get around 4 in the early morning when most miners have their PCs off. I already mined 2300 LINK. Can't even think what they guys with multiple 1080 Ti PCs are making.
John Harris
yeah not a lot but enough
Justin Parker
Yea around 1.5 - 5 per block. I’ve ordered some more gpu’s and will have the links go directy into my monero wallet so I can stake them in the shadowfork.
I’m a little worried about the staking ROI for the shadowfork, but it will still be better than the mainnet which will be deserted. I’m thinking the shadowfork on the xmr blockchain is a decoy for the anons who think they’re smart, but I’ll take my chances given the sad state mainnet appears to be in.
