No really, someone give me one (1) actual reason why AMD would go below even 25$, especially after that amazing keynote at computex.

Silicon price sky rockets after Trump pisses off the Chinese enough. AMD can't maintain production quotas. Stock falls.
Wikipedia has China listed at the top silicon producer. I'm guessing companies rely on that production a bit since the labor is cheap over there.

Forgot about her whole rape thing... this series took too damn long, I forgot so much shit. Did Bran say something about it? I don't get it.
KEK absolutely rekt you don't need to start the thread with a crypto shill though. (and this bubble feeling a little precarious)

I'd take an entire SMG full of pendulums if they were attached to different stocks. Imagine having SMG be a news feed of relevant information and a thesis behind each meme stock. And then debates on their merit.
regardless of what the market does, expecting more sideways or down from GALT may have a short term dip and bottom out at 3.5 or so obviously bullish and hodling long term either way tho not much will happen until we get significant news (which is been in the works for quite a long time), but it'll explode when it does
Charles Evans
short term price action doesn't change my opinion on the stock at all the science is there, the company has so much potential that I'm willing to be patient
also I constantly call people who change their opinion on a stock based on short term price action bitches/retards

Curious how the coming week goes. I've set up to begin buying into booze allen hamilton and general dynamics stocks. I'm not terribly optimistic about the stocks this coming week,
>AMD crashes to $7 in the next year >buy as much as you can >bull put spread every week for the rest of your life >use premiums collected to buy AMD shares >Buy AMD shares in lots of 100 >sell way OTM calls on AMD shares for a little extra income each week >use that extra little income to buy more AMD shares >retire early FUGGING CRASH!

I will only post with my trip when responding to Dobber, or when providing research on the clothing and fashion industry So far here are my buy recommendations (after the crash obviously) >buy COLM, VFC >watch conditionally AEO (3 yearly consecutive dividend raises) >sell LB Hehe I love you too user. My goal in posting in this thread is to provide knawledge about dividend growth stocks, which I have actually spent large amounts of time researching Pic related is the best of the best of the best. I'll be adding years grown and my price targets on all of them soon enough. I will also become the world's best clothing industry analyst in the world by talking to my sister's zoomer friends
Many of the stocks I've compiled are already at a buy status However, because they have a higher than .8 positive correlation with the SPY, they will tank anyway with the broader market, producing even cheaper cheapies. My current price target on GALT is below $1 My current price target on LCI is sub is buy now You may be asking, Comfy, why would you recommend buying LCI now? Because these reasons 1) LCI has a book value of above $8, meaning it is by definition a Warren Buffet value stock 2) Baggie recently tried shorting it, this means the bottom will be found in the next 7 days. 3) Newfags ITT bought the top and are now panic selling. 4) LCI newfag buy pattern is reminicient of GBR and BGFV, however, LCI is different than both of those -GBR was a retard company that was a pump and dump. -BGFV is in the sporting good industry, which is very different than the medical supply jewish industry. I personally will not be buying LCI because I have weak hands and am accumulating as much cash as possible. But you, user, should buy LCI. If things go good, you can make 500% gains. If things go poorly, I will laugh at you.
The fashion clothing stock I am currently researching is LULU. I will provide a price target EOD. I have a suspicion that it will be an eventually buy, however, because their clothing makes women very attractive and I have not masterbated in 2 months. I am practicing semen retention and even looking at pointy elbows makes my 2 inch benis stand on end

Hey Crossfit is ending their working relationship with Facebook.
CrossFit became one of the few firms to make the break with Facebook, and to do so very publicly. This week, the company announced that it would end its relationship with Facebook and its affiliates, detailing its reasons for doing so in an online anti-Facebook manifesto of sorts, after a CrossFit diet group was temporarily deleted without warning.

1. AMD has violated US restrictions on chip sales to Chinese via backdoor joint ventures. Trump could legitimately shut down AMD because of this treasonous activity
2. The Chinese could take the EPYC chip design and sell a 100% identical knockoff, effectively killing the best shot AMD has at gaining market share from Jewtel.
3. AMD is generally overvalued. For all the talk about increasing market share they have less than 10% of any single market they participate in. They have poor chase flow, large (not overwhelming) debt, and are showing declining yoy sales in all categories.

>>my PC can now mine over ($1) a day of ETH VERY fugging cool. Always heard mining was impossible for regular people with 1 or 2 PCs, so I never bothered. How hard/expensive was it for you to set up that rig? If you've been running it for a while, you must be getting some major gains right now.
(dubs) >gross wholeheartedly agree. Just heard about her for the first time on /jp/ because of the Yuka Takaoka stabbing. Read one manga and found it upsetting.
make sure you practice proper risk management obviously GALT is a very good opportunity, but you have quite a bit of money in your portfolio, iirc (not sure what your financial situation is like, if you also have a ton in savings then it's fine) just keep in mind that nothing is certain and that you shouldn't get too deep into any one stock unless you don't mind taking on extra risk
(even though I don't mind going all in on GALT with 1.3k, I'd actually personally allocate my money in a more conservative way if I was dealing with a lot of money)
Cooper Wood
well i set up the rig with black friday sales a few years ago (2016 i think?)
procrastinated mining though (terrible idea) but finally got remotivated, and figured out how to mine easily a week or so ago. just got a second GPU (used off of Ebay) last friday, and mining has about doubled since i slapped it in, to the point where i get about 0.0044 ETH a day ( i should look into seeing if i can mine anything better instead of ETH)
pcpartpicker.com/list/CPzRZ8 is what i got, but ignore prices, its cost me less than $2000 including rebates n such ( and most parts were cheaper a few years ago than they are now anyways)
Wall power gage says I'm only using 455W max right now (mining pc, + two monitors, monitors on their own are like 60-80Watts, so PC itself is probably running less than 400W on a 850W PSU) I have about $10 from two weeks of mining, but Ive only had two GPU's for a couple days now and platinum 80+ means its not very wasteful

robinhood no commissions
Luis Taylor
pc or mobile app? the reviews on the mobile app are pretty bad
Sebastian Martinez
they're the same thing (the mobile app is fine, I haven't had any significant issues with it and I can't recall ever hearing about someone who has) alternatively use webull if you want a different broker with no commissions
Andrew Martinez
It probably has bad reviews because of people being dumbasses with stocks and losing money. The app is perfectly fine.
Ethan Hall
>>pc or mobile app? its the same thing >the reviews on the mobile app are pretty bad robinhood is shit for graphs, use something else (like tradingview) but robinhood + limit orders is great for investing if you are a noob (and american with a valid SSN)
t. I only have $4000 in my robinhood account and if i paid commissions on my trades, id have payed $5000 in commission fees last year alone
use robinhood for actual buying and selling of stocks, use something else for literally everything else, and youll be golden
Cool! I think I'm too stupid for this, and my internet gets pretty sketchy sometimes. I built a pretty badass PC a few years ago, and stopped using it when I got a laptop... maybe I should set something up if I move somewhere with better internet?
That's very based, and I think ETH is a good choice considering it's the only other currency that seems to have mainstream approval and is relatively cheap all things considered, so there's still a reasonable chance of what you mine increasing in value... I think. I'm not sure actually how that works, I guess it would depend on the "market cap" of ETH.
>getting men to deliberately consume OnI0NsBeAnS kekk I use it for buying and trading crypto. If it weren't for robinhood, I'd never have bothered with crypto at all.
Unfortunately my crypto gains are nowhere near offsetting my stock losses.
Ignore the retards. If you’re trading in a robin hood account, any amount works, but yes just keep in mind you “could” lose it all. Or even half, so never go all in or bet it all. If you’re new, there’s a lot of shit you need to learn that no one will teach you and you learn year after year. One the hardest things though is your emotions. Everyone says don’t get emotional, but when there’s money on the line there always are emotions.
Hunter Ross
so its just like kaiji?
Jace Nguyen
the best amount to invest for the first time is enough that you wont mind if you lose it all
if thats your rent money you are investing, you are going to feel pressured to make terrible decisions, regardless of how much or little that money is
i chose ETH more because it can smart contracts, and ETH seems more resistant to ASIC mining than BTC and its various offspring are, so GPU can theoretically be profitable longer
also ETH's dag just surpassed the 3 GB size, with 4GB expected by mid 2020 so most GPU's that were 4GB or smaller are about to be shit at mining it (I have two 8gb GPU's so they are future proofed for a few years at least, ETH's dag wont be above 8GB until 2027 or so by current estimates)
I have ON semiconductor stocks. Should I sell? I've I'll lose about 500 dollars but maybe I could make it back if I put it all in something that will turn around soon. Can anyone give me advice? I really try to understand this stuff, and I've used the resources in the OP, but it's just so much to learn.
Ayden Brooks
Let's say I wanted to get my feet wet in stock trading. What kind of exercise would you guys consider good practice, so to speak? Something with low risk. And what means should I use to actually do the trade? I hear there are even smartphone apps you can use to trade without even talking to anyone, essentially turning the process into a high-stakes video game.
Matthew Barnes
actually calling someone to trade is a very dated concept, everything is done online now
David Hall
the only way to really learn is through experience, and everyone will inevitably make mistakes in the beginning the best thing to do is start off small (not put a ton of money into the market right away), practice good risk management, and not make emotional decisions when trading
also do not under any circumstances trade options until you have a lot more experience
Jeremiah Wood
I'm mostly in retirement target date funds. I have increased my GALT position a lot though. I feel like its worth taking a huge risk on and I would live if it got destroyed. It isn't money I need to live on.
go for it, then I think it is also worth taking a risk on, just not a risk that could actually affect your quality of life if something went wrong
Easton King
I guess I should read everything in the OP. I don't even know what 'good risk management' entails, aside from not putting all your eggs in one basket.
Eli Morgan
Hmm. I wonder if AMD's 7/7 release will be economical for this...
Ah heck of course it won't, and my old radeon or whatever is likely potato status by now.
Brandon Mitchell
I also think it is worth taking a risk on*
Anthony Smith
I want to like Macy's, theyre good financially but their CEOs ideas are just retarded "Story" its like What?
They should add a skateboard park for foot traffic like Kohl's gyms ...and They tried to compete with Off price stores like Ross with 'Macy's Backstage'. They should have done 'Macy's Thrift' instead
For the record, I currently have 17,296 shares at 4.52. That does not include the 8135 units (2440 shares) I prescribed to for the RO. Nor the warrants.
Should be fun. Doubt I'll put too much beyond this but I do have more I could theoretically do it if the price falls a lot.
The Robinhood app is pretty bad and freezes and crashes regularly, but it gets the job done. It's pretty simple to use, and most importantly, it doesn't charge any commissions on trades.
Jaxson Smith
Noice Can't wait until we get some news from the company, very interested to see what all this waiting will culminate to
Jaxon Wilson
I get the feeling it wont' be long but I'm prepared to sit on it for what is necessary. Its got a stretched rubber band build-up of energy feeling to it right now after non-stop unofficial good news.

Why does she drink cola when she is clearly jogging. That is like eating a McDonald's meal after you are done with the gym
Luis Young
There's constantly been new science coming out validating the mechanism of action, which GALT is by far the leader in (and also has a ton of different patents on) Uihlein being personally invested makes the company a lot less risky financially as well
Justin Nguyen
/ausfag/ here. I just made an account on Stake (Robinhood equivalent for Aussies) and it has 0 brokerage fee and allows us to buy 'murican stocks and etfs. I deposited $1.5k USD and bought some stuff based on doing half an hour of research into the "best" etfs and also just bought a couple of the big stocks like AMZN NFLX and a weed stock.
>pic related is my portfolio
I'm planning on putting in another $10-$15k in the next week once I get some solid advice for what to invest in.
Critique my portfolio, what else should I get, what should I remove and what should I put more money into?
I give people advice on how to lose weight a lot since I am living proof that it can be done.
There are a lot of people that think they can drop it all off with exercise alone. Its when I tell them what I ate that I can feel them detaching from the conversation. People do not want to change what they eat on a permanent basis.
Sounds nicer to just be able to walk/run it all off.
Bentley Lee
I think without the constant updates of those studies and his involvement as well I'd be in GALT but at a tiny fraction of what I'm in it currently. Thats the type of news and general snapshots of the company that doesn't come through at a glance.
Its not fully de-risked but its about as ideal as I could ask for. It sometimes feels like a once in a decade opportunity.
Asher Brooks
I agree that the constant flow of new science validating the role of galectin-3 in such a wide variety of diseases, the personal commitment of a multibillionaire chairman of the board, and the fact that the company is grossly undervalued relative to its competitors makes it a rare opportunity It's hard to find stocks with so much going for them that are also as cheaply valued as GALT is
