Everything is still publicly viewable so businesses can’t use it. And even if it was businesses would roll out their own proprietary oracle software. LINK will see limited rollout in areas like sports gambling and maybe some financial derivatives. Those are already provided by private institutions but maybe you might get a slightly better deal now.

I expect massive resistance around $13. Anyone that's still holding from ICO that contributed 30eth will have 75k and that will be worth a million. So I recommend having more than 75k so you can sell before that price point.
That's a tall order though, but I expect us to break through once everyone took enough profits, similar to how ETH and antshares/NEO smashed through eventually, just will take a bit longer.
After that I expect it to hit top 10, which if we're going by previous market ATHs, will put it at ~$30, so you'll need ~33.3k to make it.
It mostly depends on what the overall market is doing though, if the whole market goes 2x or 4x the previous ATH, and ICX makes it to top 10, that would put it Anywhere from $60-$120. Meaning you need ~8.3k to ~16.6k to make it. It's possible the bull market pushes it even higher.

TLDR:
75k+ for shorter term
33k if you want to wait for it to break resistance
~8.3k-16.6k if you're bullish on crypto overall hitting new ATHs
