Yes project proton updates and smart contract release this quarter. It doesn't matter tho, the biggest moon mission this year started out of the blue without any news to cause it, it mostly good projects that accumulate bullish news for long time without any reflection on price (Holo and Link when they both were extremely undervalued and barely in the top 100, RVN etc.) I would say that ZIL is x10 more fit to this description than the coins already mooned.
